CMAC Research & Development Services

 

We can apply our knowledge and expertise to support you from early product development to fully commercialised product manufacturing.  CMAC offers services in the following areas:   

 

• Unique expertise in continuous crystallisation, process development, formulation and product analysis
• Continuous processing skids for process development, analysis and materials characterisation capabilities, comprehensive suite of PAT tools
• Services delivered within a state of the art manufacturing research facility 

 

The laboratory footprint is over 900 m², designed to deliver a fully adaptable space for multi-phase batch and continuous primary processing. There is a dedicated, specialised support team within CMAC to offer services and assistance to research activity and industrial projects.  We also have analytical laboratories for advanced understanding of particulate formation and processing and a secondary processing suite.  For a full list of the CMAC National Facility services and equipment click here.

 

  

 

ISPE FOYA Award

 

In 2016, TIC received an honourable mention in the FOYA awards, which was the first
time an academic institution had received such an accolade, reinforcing the class of facility
offered by CMAC.
