    6.1.4 Search

Search Discussions

This allows users to search for the discussion boards. It will match text in the discussion topic, body, nickname or username. Searches can be limited to a particular discussion group or search all discussion boards by selecting the appropriate option in the "in" drop-down list.

 

Search News

The news search allows users to find previous news items. Searches can be limited to news targetted at any group/class and by cluster

 

Search for User

The search for user allows users to find other users. Student users are limited to finding staff users. The search will look for matches in name, surname, email, username.
