PAT - Single-channel current analysis program

PAT is a program for recording and analysing signal-channel currents from patch clamp experiments.

Features include:

  • Continuous sampling-to-disc.
  • Amplitude histogram generation with gaussian curve fitting.
  • Half amplitude open/close transition detection.
  • Linear and logarithmic dwell time histograms.
  • Multi-exponential probability density function fitting.
  • Stability plots.

 

 

SPAN - Spectral analysis program

SPAN is a program for recording and analysing fluctuations in whole cell ionic current.

Features include:

  • Current variance vs mean current plots.
  • Power spectrum analysis Lorentzian curve fitting.
  • Calculation of single channel conductance.
  • Stationary and non-stationary analysis.
