Postgraduate Study

The Strathclyde Institute of Pharmacy and Biomedical Sciences has a thriving postgraduate community with around 150 students from all over the world. Our students benefit from world-class facilities and we have recently seen the opening of a new £36m state-of-the-art builidng in the centre of Glasgow.

Postgraduate Taught Courses

We offer the following postgraduate taught courses both on campus and via distance learning. Courses can be carried out on a full or part time basis.

Why did you choose to study at Strathclyde?
I wanted to learn more about Skin Delivery Systems. After I did a student placement at a cosmetic company, I decided I wanted to go deeper in this field. At the same time, the professor at my university recommended me a senior who was, at that time, doing her PhD at SIPBS. Then I searched for the course about Drug Delivery at Strathclyde. I liked the context of the course as well as the reputation of SIPBS. So, I chose to study at Strathclyde.
