The class list holds a session by session listing of all the users who belong to the class i.e. those students who are taking this class as part of their curriculum. This is distinct from a user's myClasses which is the list of all the classes the student has links to on their classes page, as users are able to continue to access classes from previous sessions e.g. for revision.
The class list details each user's name, email, last login and the source - whether the user was added manually to the list (SPIDER) or was automatically added from the central record (Registry). The small red staff icon links to the student's counsellor or advisor (mouse over the icon will show the name)
Admins and class editors are able to manage the class list via the manage list link. Class lists for previous sessions are available to view by clicking on the << and >> icons to move from session to session. Student users can add themselves to any class list on SPIDER (if they are not already on it) as long as they are on the PEGASUS/Registry list using the check you are on class lists page (link on the right of the classes page).
