PGR Apps
made live site active. Cleaned and imported spreadsheet data. Updated import tool to skip duplicate entries. Updated export stipends tool with changed format. Added manage sources tool. Added manage fees tool. Created import fee target tool. Update functions to include student_fee lookup and modified student list to use this function (falls back to dept_fee target if no student fee target found). Added search student tool. Fixed check number format function in import tools.  Fixed bug in view_student causing layout issues if no fees found.

PG DB
updated student record to show H/O status and sex.

SCRIPT
began adding customisations for Huddersfield.

uLab
further work on charging/ invoicing related to booking system, including sending invoices & mailouts of charges to kit finance contact (inlcuding non-uLab users to allow for mailing to anyone). Users can customise the default charging values but are also able to completely modify specific charges at the invoice stage prior to sending. Allows charging to multiple accounts and picks up supervisors of students. Fixed bug in bookings that allowed booking start/end to be negative/ swapped. Cant do this any more!

CMAC
updated open day registration tool with improved validation features.

Exam paper database
updated to allow class co-ordinator to create exam paper for their classes (peviously restricted to admins).

Last few week's tweaks

Beetle
changes and updates to various tools ready for install on site @ UWS.

PGR Apps
added export_fees and export_stipend tools, complete with date filters. Fixes to imports and general student_list page. Fixed bug in delete line when viewing all sessions - was not correctly updating display of lines of data. Updated student view to show status of budget (traffic light status of money left in budget). Updated sources with full list and updated entry to use filter to keep list workable. Added tool to allow system admin to designate dept admin access rights. Added months value to each line of student funding. Added 'lock and sign off' feature - only signed off data is exported. Reworked login landing page (on DEV) to include all new tools + link to tranche pages. Copied all new features to live (db tables, scripts) and set up all dept admin users ready for soft-launch on Monday.

Last few week's tweaks

CMAC
various changes to news/ mailout tool to allow for newsletter styling (full HTML mail out) via WYSIWYG editor. Updates to mailshot and sendmail scripts to handle variations. Added in tool to allow registration for open day - inc mail out iCal and cancel options. Completed newsletter function including backlink to newsletter from email to page on site. Added multiple mailing list options to mailers. 

PGR Apps
updated to allow other data imports (fees/ stipends from finance xls format). Added student list, updated student view page with fee/ stipend management functions. Added traffic light to student list (shows current session funding status)

SCRIPT
fixed issue with Myplace linkage for IMU classes on Myplace

STS
updated image browser links and page link list for updated version of tinymce.

Class descriptors
updated tools page to link directly to descriptors tool. Updated tool index page to show 'regular' staff links to relevant classes (view for teaching, edit for co-ords).

PG DB
fixed bug that was preventing 'faculty' user from viewing student data page. Updated PG credits tool to allow for descriptions, min/max credits range, link fields on activities. Users can now assign credit value from range to credits. Added preview box to add credit pop-up. Reformatted credit edit page to better display data. Added description pop-out.

Research admin
fixed bug that was stopping new staff being listed correctly on all their own publications.

uLab
finance/ charging options - progress being made on back end and working out 'invoice' system. Allows for internal/ external hourly rates on kit and technicians. Allows for 'one-off' costs to be added to particular bookings. Manager can view overall charging set-up and modify as required, will have an 'invoice all' button based on current bookings, then end user is able to confirm the budget codes etc used to fulfill the invoice.
