group post bug
group owners were able to post in group discussions, but they were being incorrectly listed as 'class' discussion posts. Changed the in_group function in addDiscussion to return true if user is group owner.

various changes and updates to staff_view (lists progress of reports per student). Added reports_pending - will be admin tool to get overview of reports outstanding. Minor tweaks to other pages.
added 'test' management tool - allows admins to create, edit and copy tests for the prescription tutor tool

updated the navigation manage to use the correct display name instead of the page name held in db

updated with new code to improve overall reliability, dragging out of subheadings. Recloured to improve readability. Minor issues with layout in IE7 fixed using style=height:auto...

not yet live, but adding discussions and blog posts to the info/ whats new page
quiz tool (wip)
rewrite using complete HTML presentation engine (dropping shockwave) ready for testing. Not on live as web exams using quiz system coming up next week
