inc_functions_data - added department functions: function getDept_ID($user); function getDept_list(); which were present in a few other modules (PG records, radiation v2 etc.)
updated lab view page to include 'active' and 'radiation' flags
updated to use latest version of STS template tool.
updates to bin management (move bins to safety services store), limits manager and tool to view safety services bin store.
updated to allow view results/ export limit to session where questionnaires are re-used year to year.
updated CSS and other style related bits n pieces to give site a refresh.

completed backupClass_JSON (admin tool to export a class' data and file content into a zip archive). Passed exemplar classes to myPlace team for import testing/ review. Added Migration FAQ to wiki site
updated REF tools to allow editing of current journals to allow update of impact factors.
bug fixes in pdf output and date save on new entries. Update all SIPBS assets from old department name allocations.
minor bug fix to zip export of all submissions (added in match for 'due date' to avoid extra files in zip from resit submissions) and zip upload of feedback (missing _ in feedback file caused file to not be allocated to any student).
started update of non/sterile products lab data capture forms for new session.
